Attendee Information

Arrival and Check In
It is expected that attendees will arrive and check in from 5.00pm in time for pre dinner drinks at 6.45pm on Sunday 14th October 2012. All attendees will be free to depart after breakfast on Wednesday 17th October 2012.

Accommodation
Each attendee will have their own bedroom with ensuite facilities. There are no televisions or telephones in any of the bedrooms.

Catering
Please inform the Workshop Team if you have any special dietary requirements or allergies - workshops@biologists.com

Meeting Room
The meeting will take place in the Flitcroft Room in the Mews.

AV Equipment
A laptop, projector, screen and laser pointer will be available in the Flitcroft Room.

Internet Access
Free wireless internet access is available throughout the venue. Please note the service is intended for email and basic internet access. Unfortunately, due to the venue’s location, they are only served by a fairly slow internet capacity and cannot guarantee reliable use of high bandwidth interactive or streamed services via the internet.

On Site Recreation
In the grounds there are numerous footpaths around the estate for jogging or walking as well as a tennis court. In the basement there is a table tennis table, a snooker table and a small gym.

No Smoking
Cumberland Lodge is a No Smoking venue.
