Attendee Information

Arrival and Check In
It is expected that attendees will arrive and check in between 12.00pm and
1.00pm on Sunday 9th May 2010. The Workshop will then finish with
breakfast on Wednesday 12th May 2010.

Accommodation
Each attendee will have their own bedroom with ensuite facilities.

Catering
Please inform the Workshop Team if you have any special dietary requirements or allergies - workshops@biologists.com

Meeting Room
The meeting will take place in the Melville Suite.

AV Equipment
A laptop, projector, screen and laser pointers will be available in the Melville Suite.

Internet Access
The ground floor reception rooms in the hotel have internet access but the bedrooms don’t due to the location of the building.

On Site Recreation
There are footpaths around the estate for jogging or walking.

No Smoking
Melville Castle Hotel is a No Smoking venue.
