Attendee Information

Arrival and Check In
It is expected that attendees will arrive and check in from 12.30 noon on Sunday 6th March 2011 in time for lunch and depart after breakfast on Wednesday 9th March 2011.

Accommodation
Each attendee will have their own bedroom with ensuite facilities.

Dining Area/Meals
All meals will be served in The Great Hall. Please inform the Workshop Team if you have any special dietary requirements or allergies - workshops@biologists.com

Meeting Room
The meeting will take place in the Conference Room.

AV Equipment
There will be a laptop, projector, screen, laser pointers and table top microphones in the Conference Room.

Internet Access
The internet is available in The Library and all of the bedrooms.  Laptops are available for guest use in The Library. For security reasons there is no internet connection in the Conference Room.

On Site Recreation
There are numerous footpaths around the estate for jogging or walking as well as two all weather tennis courts and a croquet lawn.

No Smoking
Wilton Park is a No Smoking venue.
